Mother and daughter and our annoying cat live here. This is a great place to live with easy access to towns & cities, and countryside. I would love you to come and stay with us & enjoy the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Then rest & relax, make yourself comfortable in this spacious, warm, sunny home. Open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge with wood burner. The only TV is downstairs which we don't watch much. Large garden with a pond; this is the garden you want to be sitting out in this summer. Large family bathroom and downstairs toilet/shower. We are a quiet, clean & tidy household. Plenty of parking in front. Easy access to A38 & thus to Derby, M1. Trains from Alfreton to Nottingham & Sheffield. Furnished bedrooms, single bed with new mattress. We both have DRB checks done for jobs. You have nothing to lose by messaging me today, and view this great house. Apologies about the cat.
