The place is surrounded by several car wash stations and my house overlooks a petrol station which has cctv cameras so its quite safe and nobody can jump over the wall. We have internet and many phone amenities. Mpesa services are all over the place. This makes it easy to withdraw cash, pay bills, buy goods at supermarkets using your mobile phone.
