Spacious Stay- Chester City Centre

• Only one fundamental House Rule and that is:
• Please leave as you find!
• I would be most grateful If you could remove your outside shoes when you enter the house. There are coat hooks and a shoe rack under the stairs.
• 1] Parking For guests with a car, there is unrestricted, 24/7 on-street parking on one side of Whipcord Lane (the side with houses and front doors out onto the road (including mine!)). There is a single yellow line on the other side of the street, which has restricted parking on weekdays.
• At any time during the day or night, you can usually park outside the house or very close by, if not. That said, when horse racing meets are on in the summer months and similarly large events in town eg the Chester Marathon, it will be VERY busy on Whipcord Lane.
• [2] Please enjoy the house and garden
• Garden gate: You have a small, silver key on the fob for the padlock on the back gate to the garden; you can access this down the passageway to the left of the garage.
• Please do not use the living room (ground floor) or the study and second bedroom (first floor) which are my private spaces.
• [3] I live alone and have only one guest room; you will be the only visitor(s) staying at the house.
• [4] I do not smoke, but I appreciate that some guests may do. I only ask that you smoke outside on the terrace and in the rear garden and that you leave no evidence, i.e. no butts, ash or smell.
• [5] I am often away, and overnight from time to time, so you may have the place to yourself for some of the time. I will always be contactable.
• [6] When you check out, please return the keys to the lockbox, scramble the numbers and return the box outside on the step.
