Cancellation
Early termination by students
- Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, tenants may only cancel if they are no longer a student (e.g. they do not enrol at or withdraw from the university).
- If the tenancy has started, tenants remain liable for 4 weeks' rent from the date notice is given.
- Appropriate supporting evidence is required.
