Hello! We are a family of 3, one mother and two daughters living in beautiful Burquitlam. We have TWO spare bedrooms available for any FEMALE STUDENT looking to rent. Ages 16-25 We are looking for something long term preferably, minimum of 3 months. The rooms include your own desk, closet, and bathroom with two sinks that will not be used by us, it’s all yours! We live walking distance to Burquitlam skytrain station, and we have a bus stop right in-front of the house. Breakfast and dinner will be included, so is laundry.

- No bringing friends/strangers into our home, especially boys.
- No outside shoes inside the house.
- No cooking in the kitchen, you will have access to your own fridge and microwave though!
- Please lock the door when you come in and leave.
- Curfew is 11pm (discuss with renter).
- Keep your area clean and tidy.
- Laundry done once a week.

- - On the 30th of each month. No late payments allowed!
- - If you plan on leaving or shortening your stay, I would need 30 days notice. If less than 30 days notice, 50% of the monthly payment will be due.
- - Lost house key: $50 fee
