We are a small family. I live with my two children, Carlos, 25, and Lucía, 17; both are university students. We really enjoy watching movies and playing board games like Monopoly, chess, Uno, etc. Our house is small but cozy and bright, with four floors, located a 10-minute walk from the airport and very close to all the banks and markets. We have available for our guests on the 3rd floor: 3 double or twin bedrooms (a king-size bed can be added), each with a shared bathroom and hot water (rapid water system); on the 4th floor, a living room, dining room, American-style kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, quartz countertops, and a fully furnished and equipped guest bathroom. There is also a separate laundry area.
