Security Deposit

• A Bond payment equal to 4 weeks' rent is required before move-in.
• The Bond is held by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) until the tenancy ends.
• The Bond will be refunded at the end of the lease, provided there is no outstanding rent, damage, or other deductions permitted under the tenancy agreement.

• If the offer has been accepted and payments have been made, any refund is at the discretion of management and may depend on whether the room is successfully re-let.
