This cosy single room is 10sq.m with a comfortable bed, a closet and access to a fairly large balcony where one can spend a lot of time every day from March to the end of October. The apartment offers central heating (gas) and aircondition for hot summer days. So the gas and electricity extra expences are charged accordingly depending on the season (either or). It is shared with the owner and a calm and sociable cat named Lucky. The building features a big garden and benches in which someone can pass some beautiful moments. Iraklio - Attica is a calm and green area in the north suburbs of Athens. The building is located 10minutes walk from the metro station (metro line1 Piraeus - Kifissia), it takes 20 minutes to the center of Athens and 10 minutes to Kifisia, a trendy area to the north. Close to the Olympic Stadium and with direct access to Attiki Odos (ring) exit 10. Also close to the malls and Hospitals.
