Security Deposit

• The deposit is €1.

Pay In Instalment

• Student Stay payments are made through monthly installments.
• Each monthly instalment must be paid before the 1st day of each month.

Mode Of Payment

• Students can book with a credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Additional Fees

• €150 for smoke detector-related charges.
• A €350 administrative fee applies to a Student Take Over.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

• If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

Cooling Off Period

• Within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation, the booking can be cancelled free of charge, provided that the booking was made at least one calendar month before the Check-In Date.
• Any amount already paid will be refunded.

No Visa No Pay

• Guests unable to take up their stay due to a visa refusal or university rejection may be entitled to a full refund.
• Valid proof must be submitted.
• The cancellation request must be received within seven calendar days of the rejection notice.

Early termination by students

• After check-in, the booking can be cancelled with a cancellation fee equivalent to three months of the Hotel Fee, unless the remaining stay is shorter than three months.
• The month in which the cancellation takes place is not refundable.
• Alternatively, students may arrange a Student Take Over, subject to the applicable student requirements and the same agreement conditions.
• The Student Take Over can only start from the 1st of a month.
• A minimum of 30 days' processing time is required.
• An administrative fee of €350 applies.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• For late arrival or early departure, no refund will be provided.
• Any outstanding Hotel Fees remain payable in full.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

• Students may arrange a Student Take Over as an alternative to paying the cancellation fee.
• The new student must meet the applicable student requirements and take over the agreement under the same conditions.
• The take-over can only start from the 1st of a month.
• A minimum of 30 days' processing time is required.
• An administrative fee of €350 applies.

Other cancellation policies

• More than 14 days after booking or less than one month before the Check-In Date, a cancellation fee equivalent to three months of the Hotel Fee applies.
• If the remaining stay is shorter than three months, the cancellation fee corresponds to the remaining period.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the Hotel (except for dogs for visually impaired Guests.)

Room allocation

• Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.

Check in guide

• Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.
• In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

• Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

• Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
