- DEPOSIT:
- -A deposit of £70 is required for all stays of 4 nights or more.
- -A cleaning fee of £20 will be charged for all stays of 4 nights or more.
- CLEANING:
- -All food is to be consumed in the sitting room, NO eating in the bedrooms.
- -Please clean up after yourself. If you cook, clean up after not later, wash your dishes and wipe down surfaces. I keep my home very clean and would like it to stay that way.
- -Unless you have requested cleaning and have paid for it, please hoover your room, clean the bath etc after use. If I am to constantly clean up after you, you will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled. Any cleaning or damage incurred will be deducted from your remaining payment.
- -Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
- -Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
- -Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm weekdays, weekends feel free but please be considerate.
- -Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
- -Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
