Welcome to our home in Tokyo! Our house is located in a very convenient and peaceful area in central Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku). The nearest station is Ochiai-Minaminagasaki, just a 5-minute walk from our home. From there, you can reach almost anywhere in Tokyo within an hour — making it a perfect base for exploring the city! Your room will be comfortable and private, with a bed, a desk, and free Wi-Fi access so you can relax or work during your stay. About our home & family We are a friendly couple who love meeting people from all over the world. My husband works in the Japanese music industry, and although he is often busy on weekdays, music is a big part of our life. We actually met through music while playing in the same amateur band — it’s our special connection! I am a professional Japanese calligraphy teacher and also work as a voice actress. I teach around 75 students each week, and if you are interested, I would be very happy to offer you a Japanese calligraphy experience during your stay. My hobbies are singing, cooking, and nail art — I love sharing these with guests too! Meet Rita – our lovely companion We also have a very sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Rita. He is gentle, friendly, and loves meeting new people. If you love dogs, you will definitely enjoy spending time with him — he brings a lot of warmth and happiness to our home. About your stay Check-out time: 11:00 AM Late check-out may be available — please ask in advance If there is anything you would like to buy or experience in Japan, feel free to tell me! I am happy to help you find things online or recommend special places. A message from us I have studied abroad in Canada, so I understand both the excitement and the challenges of staying in another country. My English may not be perfect, but I will do my best to support you and make your stay comfortable and memorable. - Payment is requested in full on the day of arrival by cash or PayPal. Some of our guests are insane enough to leave in the middle of the stay for their own reasons. They do not want to pay the cancellation fee even though it is not our fault. Unfortunately, we warn all hosts of such guests by reviewing their reviews and contacting them on the site.
- Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house．
- Next to the living room is our bedroom.
- Guests can use the living room from 8am to 10pm.
- My husband uses the shower every weekday morning.
- Therefore, please give my husband priority for showering in the morning.
