I promise a pleasant stay to all my host guests, to make them feel like home. I am a high school maths teacher keep learning. Interaction with foreign people is my best because I have the opportunity to practise my English and learn about their culture. I am a positive and very communicative person, always available to give tourist information or whatever guests need to know. I have two lovely children, even though they are away from home. My daughter studied foreign languages in France and my son works for the Hunting Protection Service. According to services provided complimentary by me, is picking up from the bus stop in Limassol at the end of the route from airport. No extra charge for electricity/heating petrol/water consumption. The use of washing machine is for free twice a week. Any extra use in the same week costs 5 euro per use. Kitchen can be used for light meals Please do not hesitate to contact and ask additional information

House rulesThere are not any pets at home, so pets are not welcomed. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Kitchen is allowed just to prepare coffee, tea or light dishes. Refrigerator is free to use, to keep refreshments or cold snacks.

- Please, no food or drinks are allowed to be consumed in bedroom, but only in living room/kitchen area or outside on veranda, where somebody can really enjoy.Hosts are free to move in all the house, leave and come back anytime but they have to keep silence late in the night. They can use all three different wi-fi, so there is strong signal everywhere in the house and in the garden as well.
- Once someone wants to book a homestay at my place, there is 25% of booking charge with bank account transfer and if somebody wants to cancel, booking is refunded only up to a week before the date of arrival. The rest 75% of accomodation fees is paid upon arrival.
