Akiu Canada Camp and Konosu Onsen guesthouse are located in Akiu, a hot spring resort town in Sendai. There are many rooms to choose from and each room has relics from the past. Some people say that it’s like sleeping in a museum. There are common rooms for guests to gather and chat. We also have outdoor areas for doing BBQ, eating, swimming, or smoking cigarettes. Guests have their own private rooms, but the kitchen, bath, toilet, gym and dining rooms are shared. After a soothing hot spring bath in the evening, you can retreat to your rooms and listen to the river as you fall asleep. During warmer months, it’s quite normal to hear birds chirping when you wake up. My children have recently left the property, so I’m now here alone… There are two dogs and twenty chickens I’m in my 50s and I always get my guests. I also live at the property, but in a different building. We have been open for several years and our guests come from all over the world.
