The back yard has a 3 teared deck with comfortable seating. On deck is a gas barbecue grill and gas smoker, hot tub (coming soon) I am a single homeowner and the only one residing in the home. Pier Fishing is nearby and you are welcome to bring your trailerable boat (parking available.) Several golf courses are nearby (9 & 18 hole.) Olson Park is at the end of the street sporting two public free tennis courts! Mac Ray and Belle Maer Harbors are a quick 5 mile drive, boaters are welcome! Mount Clemens McLaren Hospital is only 1/2 mile away, 6 miles to Selfridge AFB, 4 miles to Partridge Creek and 2 miles to downtown Mount Clemens where you'll find several bars, eateries, pool/Billiards, and the Olympia Spa mineral bathhouse.
