My name is Jean & I live in this house with my partner and my younger sister and two golden retrievers:) (dogs are really friendly)! Our house located in Dublin 15. Wifi and all bills included. Only take 40mins to go city centre by transportation! Buses: 40d, 40e, 238 (35-40 mins to city centre) Grocery: Lidl & tesco & Supervalu nearby 15 mins to Blanchardstown shopping centre & TU Dublin Blanch Campus It's a new estate so the house is really clean & tidy!

- You are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself!
- I will provide laundry service once every week.
- Smoking is not allowed. Smoking must be outside of house.
- Please note that we are not able to accommodate additional guests who are not confirmed in a booking. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
- Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. No outdoors shoes in the house!
- Last thing, we don't have any specific check-in time but check-out time will be around 12pm
