We are a family of animal lovers. We have a very adorable little Chihuahua and a Sphynx cat. We live a four-minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. We love going for walks, cycling, reading, going to the movies, and going to the gym. We love cooking and hosting guests so we can share our language and culture.

- For long-term stays (1 month), a 10% deposit of the reservation is required. This payment must be made by bank transfer or Bizum as a reservation deposit. The remaining balance will be paid in cash on the day and time of arrival. This guarantees your accommodation.
- If the guest cancels the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited.
- For added security, a photo of the identification document of the person or people staying in the room and the homestay reservation confirmation email will be required.
- No visitors allowed.
- Check-in time is 1:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- We have a security camera in the hallway.
- If any house keys are lost, you will be charged for a copy, or you can make one yourself.
