Stay with me in my home in Eastbourne. I have available for guests, 1 large twin bedroom, with washbasin 2.closets and large dresser. This room has wonderful sea views. The large lounge has steps down to a sheltered private garden overlooking the sea, which is a very short distance away. There are 2 other large bedrooms in the apartment, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and utility room. I also give English lessons to students of all ages who are visiting from abroad, and I have a TEFL qualification. Eastbourne town centre is a 15 minute walk away, but there is also a local bus service. Carol is 74 and enjoys socialising. She speaks English
