Just 5 minutes from the heart of San José, 40 minutes from the most stunning volcanoes, hour and a half from the Pacific and 3 hours from the Caribbean; we offer 2 comfortable rooms in our spacious and cozy home; we can also be your tour guide at a lower cost than most private companies. Adventure, fun, beach, mountains, white-water rafting, canopy ride, hot springs, horse riding, all at your hands with us. You will have access to shared common areas: a terrace, TV lounge, and a generous dining room and kitchen. You will be sharing the home with my son and me in a warm, quiet, and respectful environment. We are dog and cat lovers. We will be happy to help you plan trips and explore the breathtaking beauty of Costa Rica, from its stunning beaches and lush rainforests to its vibrant culture and hidden gems. If you are looking for comfort, space, a great location, and a local guide to make the most of your Costa Rican experience, this is your place.

- Who We Are
- We are an open-minded household, and we mean it. We celebrate and respect diversity in all its forms — including gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, and lifestyle. You are welcome here exactly as you are. We believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and free to be themselves under our roof.
- We enjoy board games, good conversations, and the occasional movie night. We also share our home with three beloved dogs and 2 cats, so a love for animals is a plus!
- House Rules
- Respect & Kindness — Mutual respect is non-negotiable. We expect all members of the household to treat each other with courtesy and consideration at all times.
- Common Areas — Please keep shared spaces (kitchen, terrace, living room) clean and tidy after use.
- Noise — We ask for quiet hours after 10:00 PM on weekdays.
- No Guests — For the comfort and privacy of everyone in the household, no outside guests are permitted inside the home.
- Pets — We have five pets who are part of the family. Please treat them kindly and inform us of any allergies beforehand.
- Smoking — Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the terrace.
