WELCOME HOME YOUNG AND ADULT STUDENTS. Come home and share your life with international students. (BED & BREAKFAST). I live with my 48-year-old son, David, who has his own job. There is also a pet: NINO, a very social 9-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. I have been hosting students from all over the world for 17 years. There is one student at home, my son, and me. Maximum two students. Sometimes they are teachers or adults who are currently studying Spanish. The apartment is close to the city center, next to Ruzafa and the City of Sciences; very well connected by both walking and bus to all places. The house is spacious, with lots of light, gardens, shops, and small terraces. There are two bathrooms, one full bathroom shared by the students, and a living/dining room. I have Wi-Fi throughout the house and a comfortable atmosphere. I stay at home, so I usually do all my homework in the apartment.I do your laundry: personal clothes, towels, and bedclothes once a week (if you stay more than one week). I live at home and take care of the upkeep of the entire apartment. I love hosting students of all ages, from young professionals to people my age, retired, who are interested in studying Spanish or simply spending a few days relaxing in Valencia. I also welcome stays for several months a year. Sometimes you come to do internships at companies. I offer a continental breakfast in the morning. Please, if you would like more information, don't hesitate to contact me; I'd be happy to discuss anything you need to know. I usually receive adult women interested in studying Spanish or simply enjoying a holiday and sightseeing. Please ask for any information you need; I will be very happy to answer you. Many thanks, and see you soon. See you soon...and thank you. Mercedes.

- The house is non-smoking and non-alcoholic. The rules are always those of maximum courtesy and camaraderie, it is about living in a great atmosphere and that we all feel at home.
- The maximum norm of coexistence is respect for the other companions in the house and maintaining a patient attitude since coexistence entails a predisposition to dialogue and to think that we are a family and we organize ourselves very well. We can't receive boyfriends and girlfriends at home, we don't fit... it's important that you know. It is of the utmost importance that you respect the No Alcohol issue: YOU CANNOT BRING ALCOHOL HOME and, in the case of going out to a party, which is very normal on weekends, be very careful not to arrive home drunk, as it causes many bothers everyone else and creates a lot of problems.
Good to knowI speak English and some French, I understand Italian, but help to learn Spanish, which is what students are studying come home.
