Firewood kitchen with Gas burner, Electric oven and charcoal burner also available. clay pots / ( cookware ) and, common balcony, and a common verandah, BBQ facilities and fire wood camping also arrange on pre notice, Drum music available, 07 vehicle parking facilities, separate study room with a small scale library facility. Books are not for lending pls! Open area shower and oil massage spa facilities are available.I will be sharing the same house with the guest during their stays as requested by I am running my other Business activities too. As a knowledge and experience share and relationship building with over the world Is my main objective to carry out Homestay venture. I am a hiker, not a vegetarian but do not eat Beef and pork, social drinker and cocktail maker among Sri Lankan alcoholic beverage, I am a bachelor and Parents have pass away. I am running my coconut coir fiber processing factory, The products are uses for hydroponic cultivation.

- 4) Guest obey Sri Lanka fauna and flora Act, Customs Ordnance, TRC Regulation, Criminal proceeding / penal code.
