House rulesFor international guests, you will make payment to host (me) by cash at your arrival. Please prepare the exact amount of USD for the booking. I might or might not have enough change for you at your arrival, but I will try my best to find some changes to return to you if needed.

- For domestic USA guests, you can use cash upon arrival as well. There are other options such as Zelle, Paypal. Please put a note of booking details in the memo section when you send money via those services. For example, “John pays Zen for staying from Jun 1 to Jun 5.” Payment needed to be made and cleared 3 days prior to arrival.
- I strongly suggest you park in one of the designated lots in the community, so you can move freely at your convenience. If there was no available lot, then you can park on the driveway. When you come home first, please park as close as possible to the garage door and leave enough room for someone when coming later.
- There is a shoes rack at the front door. Please take your shoes off from there. The home is kept clean for everyone.
- Please respect other guests and neighbors. No loud music or TV that might affect others. Strictly no parties/events are allowed. Quiet time after 10 pm.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the house including in the patio.
- Please be considerate to others. You can mix some salad, fry some eggs, just light cooking and no strong smell that might affect other guests. No heavy cooking.
- No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Clean after yourself while using common areas. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
- Please dump all bathroom trash into the bin in the bathroom. Nothing should go to the toilet.
