Welcoming friendly home with large garden and parking in driveway. Direct access into city centre approx 20/25 mins by bus and 15 mins from Edinburgh airport. We have 2 small rooms available within our home. 1x small double room (room only) with tea/coffee hospitality tray. 1x small twin room (room only) with tea/coffee hospitality tray. We do not provide breakfast or use of kitchen am afraid. Both rooms have tea/coffee facilities with hospitality tray. You will have your own access/entry door into property with keys to come and go as you please for the 2 rooms into the shared property, however please also note that if both rooms are booked the bathroom would be shared with the other guests. Full payment on arrival (cash) Photo ID required on arrival.
