Are you looking for a quiet space in the south end of Yakima? Come check out this room for rent! Located just 1.5 miles from YVCC, just off of W Nob Hill and within walking distance of Emil Kissel Park, this house features a spacious shared living area, parking in the driveway, and an East-facing concrete patio facing a private park, perfect for enjoying an afternoon outside. Furnishings include a bed (twin size) with mattress, a bedside table and lamp, a dresser, and a TV with antenna hookup, along with a sliding door closet. Home is protected by an alarmed security system, and the bedroom features a locking doorknob with keyed entry. WiFi, utilities, and driveway parking is included. *FEMALES ONLY* I’m the homeowner! I’m 30-years-old, and I’m new to the Yakima area, but I love it already and am looking forward to putting down my roots here! I can be a bit reserved when I’m still getting to know someone new, but I would definitely be down for building friendships with my future Roomies. I also have two senior cats, who both absolutely adore getting love and attention!
