Beautiful room with Ocean View

We have the pleasure to host students from all over the world on long term stay. (minimum 3 months above, for less than 3 months, extra transient tax rate will apply: 14.% from State). We understand their needs and like to help them understand the culture.and let our kids have the opportunity to expose to different culture and appreciate what they have. We have two boys age16 and 9. We speak English and Chinese, primary language is English. Our house is in an upscale gated community in east Honolulu, Hi. USA. I am a fashion graphic design co-ordinator. I host international students, and local students. I can pickup and drop off students in the bus line ( from house to bus line). pickup and drop off school (depending on area) pickup /drop off to and from airport after school program: pickup and drop off. swimming, painting class. running practice etc. Right now, we have 2 rooms with separate entrance available. 1). 1 room with 1 bathroom with Garden View and Partial ocean view. up to two occupancies. 2). 1 room with 1 bathroom with Ocean View beautiful room each with ocean or garden view. internet, utilities included, ready to move in. clean, quiet, safe environment. House Rules: no loud talking. no laud noise. Meals: light breakfast. included in room rate. Dinner: $12.00 per person. upon request. Local area of interest: 1) 10 minutes drive to Hanauma Bay. 2).5 minutes drive to Grocery, Post office, Longs, Restaurants,Bank. Library. Startbuck. Yoga. 3).15 minutes drive to university of Hawaii and Downtown. Major Hospitals We have 5 turtles, and one fish. and lots of plants. We love music. and art. My boys play viola and piano, he is a viola player in Honolulu Youth Symphony and Punahou School Symphony. We love sports, My boy and my husband are both Marathon runners. and My youngest boy is a swimmer. and love arts. and I like hiking and walking. I love cooking too, both American and Chinese food. I work mostly from home office. I can be 24 hours reached. If students need my help, I am always there. As of year 2026, I am updating my info. My kids all grew up. and We made updates for our room.
