Peacefull and spaceous place in nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to motorway, 10min walking from Sprucefield Park, 20min walking to Lisburn town and train station. Cosy small bedroom with a bed that converts from single to double bed. You will have your own dedicated bathroom. Ideal for solo travelers (business or leisure) or couples stay. No parties allowed. There's a gym 5min walking from the house. Variety of take away places also 5-10min walking distance. Close to bus stops, bars and Lisburn town, as well as the train station. Handy location to access motorway - 10 min drive to Belfast. Buses from Sprucefield to Belfast every (30min or so) and Dublin airport/city (few times a day). Buses and train to Belfast from Lisburn Bus and Train Station as well. My family (myself, my partner and our lovely King Charles dog) will be hosting the guests, who will have access to the kitchen, living room, TV, and other shared spaces.
