Hi there, We are renting a few rooms to students as short-term rental. We have a large house with 4 bedrooms. We are a very warm and friendly family; I live alone but my son and daughter would visit me sometimes. We would be providing breakfast with each booking plus one daily fresh cooked additional meal included in the price. There is also laundry (at additional cost) available with internet access. The price you pay is all-inclusive of rent and utilities and we would be asking for full payment in cash upon the arrival and at the check-in time, unless your stay is more than 2 months, in that case we require payment of first and last month of rent at check-in time. Each month thereafter, payment would be due at the beginning of each month for that month's rent. As for myself, I enjoy reading, playing instrument, going out for walks or socializing with my friends. I'm sure you'd have a great and comfortable stay at my house:) Please note that bookings less than 7 nights will not be accepted. Also, while I appreciate socializing with my guests at times, I also enjoy having my personal space and it is expected of the guests to respect my personal space:)

- Cancelations or refunds are not available for bookings less than 30 days. If you decide to have a departure earlier than your stay no refund is possible (unless your stay is more than 30 days and in that case partial refund may be available after discussing with the host).
- Bookings must be made at least a week in advance in order to ensure availability.
- Last minute bookings may be rejected depending on the length of the stay. If the booking is for more than a week, last minute books may be accepted.
- Further, I am a very clean person and keep my house very clean and tidy. I would also request that my guests be the same way and not dirty my place.
- Out of respect for the home and other guests, we request that guests do not arrive at nights past midnight.
- Showers past 10 pm is not permitted.
- Visitors are not allowed as we cannot accommodate them. This is for safety and comfort of other guests.
- Cooking is not allowed but you may use the fridge, microwave, other appliances or dining area.
