Cozy rooms in Barra

Well-located apartment in the Barra neighborhood, on the 14th floor, with a beautiful view of the Bay of All Saints. It is close to the beaches of Porto da Barra and Farol da Barra. It is also near the language schools Instituto Cervantes, Alliance Française, and Goethe Institut, making it ideal for teachers on exchange programs, and also close to some Portuguese language schools for foreigners. The building is very safe, comfortable, and family-friendly, with 24-hour concierge service. It is a 115m² apartment, and I live there with my 38-year-old daughter and our canine mascot, Paçoca (mixed breed). I speak English and Spanish. We offer one spacious, airy, and cozy double bedroom. Guests will have access to the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen and laundry area, and may use them as long as everything is kept in order. We offer room cleaning from Monday to Friday.We are reserved but helpful people, and we also enjoy a good chat! And if you want to enjoy Salvador's Carnival, we are 500m from the two best spots: Circuito Dodô (Barra/Ondina) and Circuito Osmar (Campo Grande). It is also located close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, delicatessens, museums, and other tourist attractions and amenities.
