deluxe

Welcome to a beautiful upscale home in Pierrefonds, Montreal’s West Island. This is a quiet, comfortable and fully furnished home, ideal for an international student, professional or working individual looking for a higher-end place to stay. You will have a very large private bedroom and access to most of the main floor, including the kitchen, living areas, a beautiful spa-style bathroom, a bright sunroom, backyard and parking. The home has a warm and unique atmosphere, with a stone fireplace, custom wood features, modern lighting and plenty of space to relax or study. I am the homeowner and I mainly use the downstairs area, so you will have a lot of privacy on the main floor. I am friendly, respectful and easy-going, and I am looking for someone clean, mature and respectful who will enjoy the home and take good care of it. Internet, heating, electricity and utilities are included. Minimum stay: 32 nights.
