- Rest schedule: I greatly value peace and quiet, so let's try to keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
- Kitchen use: After 10:00 PM, it's fine if you need to heat something quickly in the microwave or make some tea, but please refrain from cooking elaborate dishes at that time, mainly due to the noise.
- Visits and parties: To maintain the house as a place of relaxation and privacy, parties and guests are not allowed.
- Tobacco: I don't smoke, so smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, you can smoke on the balcony without any problem.
- Otherwise, the atmosphere in the house is very peaceful and relaxed.
