We rent out the first floor of our house in a quiet village near Tarragona. We live on the second floor with our three dogs. The entrance hall and laundry area are shared, but the apartment has its own bathroom with shower, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and terrace. The building is a typical village house with thick stone walls and wooden beams. We recently renovated the living area. There is a carpenter's workshop in the basement and cellar. The apartment we are offering is almost the entire first floor, with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed. The living room has a large window along one wall that opens onto a terrace with views of the Gaià Valley and a wooded area.

House rulesSmoking is prohibited inside, but it's allowed on the terrace, where an ashtray is provided. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance. We have sofa covers available, and food and water bowls are provided if needed. The accommodation's climate control is automatic, activating according to the temperature, although we can adjust it if necessary. There are no restrictions on the use of the kitchen or barbecue. They are for the exclusive use of guests, as is everything else inside the rental area. The washing machine has an automatic dispenser; simply turn it on without touching anything else. It can be used whenever needed, but please use it responsibly (for example, don't use it every day to wash just one pair of pants) and preferably during sunny hours so you can dry your clothes on the terrace without problems, as it's very humid in the area at night, which isn't recommended.
