My wife and I stays in a 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms one story house in a gated community. Our house was built over 2 years ago. Our water is a spring water supplied by the city. We live north of Palm Springs area. We offer transportation to and from school. shopping, cook American oriental some Italian Mexican and Filipino dishes. My wife and I are both college graduates and will be glad to tutor with their assignments especially in English. We are patient and loving couple. My wife and I have been married for over 47 years. We have 2 grown married children and 3 grandchildren.

House rulesNo drugs no alcohol beverages no smoking no loud music enviting friends to come over with permission and no overnight. Bedtime is 10 pm breakfast serve 0700. During the week end the time is flexible for meal schedule The key is to provide a safe clean and loving environment. Clean up always after yourself. You have your private bathroom so keep it clean and tidy as well as your bedroom. We have laundry room inside the house you are welcome to use both the washer and the dryer please remove the lint and keep the laundry room tidy as well. Since we will be required to provide 2 meals during the week and 3 during the weekend we will have a written weekly menu to choose from. Cooking is permissible only with supervision.
