I am a French Teacher living with my 4 children, aged 9 to 23 and my husband, in a house with a garden, near Paris and Versailles. On the garden level of the house, there is a new apartment with a private entrance and also access through the main house. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. It is equipped and functional. Besides teaching French (Regarding this: upon request, I can offer my guests French lessons for all levels, as well as cultural activities such as visits to nearby castles and museums), I am passionate about organic cooking, arts, and plants, which I have turned into a second profession as a naturopath. I love welcoming new people into my home, showing them around my region, and sharing my passions with them, all while teaching them elements of French culture and language, if needed. We can also offer "table d'hôte" upon request. Please note that internet access in our facility is only available through Ethernet cables, as we do not use Wi-Fi due to concerns about harmful waves affecting sleep and overall health.

- • Respect: Treat the house as if it were your own. Keep the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen clean and tidy.
- • Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet after 9 PM.
- • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in between 1 PM and 9 PM, check-out between 8 AM and 11.30 AM. Exceptions can be made for long-haul flights.
- • a 300€ deposit, will be asked and it will be refundable after the final walkthrough
- Reservation PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
- • Registration Fee: Pay 16% of the total amount to Homestay to confirm the reservation. This amount does not exceed 250 €/$. Once payment is made, Homestay will send the host's bank details for the remaining payment.
- • Required Documents: Provide a photocopy of your passport or ID card and flight details (round trip).
