Kaplan offers a convenient location near the university, cafes, museums, and shops. While the room size is adequate and includes useful features like a wardrobe with mirrors and a large window, some residents find it noisy and lacking cleanliness. The shared kitchen can get hectic, and the staff responsiveness is reported to be inconsistent. Overall, the area is liked by many students despite some drawbacks in accommodation quality and support.
