Welcome to our home featuring a large 650 square foot apartment complete with a private marble floor bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, private kitchen, private living room with 75' smart Roku TV, and bedroom with queen sized bed, and walk in closet. We are near downtown Enid and are close to all the area restaurants, shopping, attractions, as well as Vance Air Force Base. We are both professionals who work most weekdays. We enjoy general aviation and can sometimes arrange to take people on area scenic flights including the salt lake.

House rulesWe have a clean, no smoking home. Up to 2 adults, no children. We have three handsome indoor kitties, so no visiting pets are allowed and please be sure not let our kitties outside. On the first floor of the house you will transit through our living and dinning rooms to reach your apartment stairway, and through the kitchen if you need to use the laundry. The rest of the first floor is off limit to guests. Please park in the designated area in front of the house (guest parking sign) and not in the street. The city will give you a ticket for street parking. No large trucks. Our property has security systems in place and you will receive a keypad code for entry.
