We are Marina, a Biology teacher, Vera (my 5.5-year-old daughter), and Lolo (our 3kg poodle). We offer a private room in our family home located in Mairena del Aljarafe, very close to Seville and well-connected by public transport and metro. We are looking for an international student over 18 who wants to have an authentic cultural experience in Spain and practice the language. The house is quiet and pleasant, ideal for students looking for a family atmosphere. Includes: - Furnished private room - WiFi - Use of kitchen - Shared bathroom - Utilities included - Gym - Swimming pool and garden areas with solarium. The house is well-connected to Seville and the city's universities. Ideal stay for exchange students or Erasmus students.
