I rent four rooms on the top floor of my house. All rooms share a kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace located in the entrance hall. The house is situated in Villanueva del Ariscal, Seville, a quiet village not too far from Seville. Street parking is readily available, and there is a bus service to Seville and surrounding areas (the schedules are available on the Moovit app). There is also a train station nearby. Room 1 has a 150cm bed, a private terrace overlooking the house's patio, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a desk, and is very bright. Free Wi-Fi is also included. We offer a one-time cleaning service for €20, payable upon arrival. Your room will be prepared with everything you need for your stay. A washing machine is available on the same floor for €4 per wash, payable if used. Room 2 = 9m² It has two 90cm beds, private air conditioning (installed Wednesday, June 10th; currently, the house has central air conditioning), free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, and overlooks the house's patio. Room 3 = 12m² Private air conditioning (installed June 10th; until then, the house has central air conditioning) + ceiling fan, a very large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 140cm bed, balcony, comfortable and bright, and faces the street. Room 4 = 12m² Private air conditioning (installed June 10th; until then, the house has central air conditioning) + ceiling fan, a very large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 140cm bed, balcony, comfortable and bright, and faces the street.

House rulesBefore check-in, you must send us a photo of your ID card (both sides) or passport, along with your permanent address. The Spanish Ministry of the Interior requires us to have your information and register it online. Thank you for your help and cooperation.

- It is essential that payment for your stay has been made before check-in. Therefore, if paying by bank transfer, please contact us with enough time to receive the account number and confirm that the transfer has been completed. If you have not yet made the transfer, you will need to pay for your stay in cash before check-in.
- - Parties and loud music are not allowed.
- - Smoking is not allowed inside. We have a smoke detector, but there is a terrace in the entrance hall where smoking is permitted.
- - Please keep our house safe and close doors and windows when you leave.
- - Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. -The bathroom is shared with other guests. Please keep it clean. At each check-out, the cleaning service will leave the vacated room and common areas, but please always check after they have finished.
- -Pets are not allowed.
- -Please do not bring strangers to our house. If you wish to invite a friend, please ask first.
- -Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own home during your stay and keep the common areas clean after use.
- -Please be quiet from 10 pm to 8 am.
- -Before check-in, the cleaning service will prepare your room for your stay. The price is €24, a one-time payment, payable upon arrival or via Bizum if you prefer.
- -There is a washing machine available on the floor. There is a €4 surcharge per wash. It is shared with other guests, so please take care of the electronics. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact us.
