House rulesCheck in is at 6pm. once you have arrived. Please don't park on the grass. we has a sprinkler system. Leave enough room so others can pass.

- Gentlemen! Please remove your hats and caps when you enter my home out of respect. We are old school and it is very disrespectful to the ladies inside.
- No smoking, no vaping, no dipping, chewing or spitting
- We like our air the way it is now.
- No pets (fleas aren't cute)
- We like our hair to not be on our furniture or your clothes.
- No Gum chewing on the property (oh the things I've cleaned)
- No cooking in my kitchen. My appliances are very special to me. we have an out door kitchen for you to use.
- Loud music and pool play is ok between 9am and 9pm.
- No running! It's always laid back here and we never have to rush to have a good time.
- Don't pee in the pool. Eeeeeuuuww.
- No glass allowed in or around the pool area or on the Lanai.
