Oceanfront room and private bathroom

GUESTS 25 YEARS AND OLDER ONLY My house is spacious and offers guests privacy. The bedroom has two beds that can be joined together and a private full bathroom just for guests. It's a 10-minute walk from the historic center, which is easily reached with a pleasant stroll along the seafront. The beach is just across the street, a one-minute walk away. From the bedroom window, you have a partial view of the sea, the beach, and the palm trees. There's a train station nearby, the airport bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus lines are all within easy reach. The kitchen is for my exclusive use and is not available for guests. The area is very beautiful; La Malagueta is considered the best option in Malaga. It's right on the seafront promenade, and within walking distance of Muelle Uno (Pier One) and beach bars, restaurants, and other entertainment venues.It's located just a few meters from the historic center of Malaga, providing access to all the city's most popular urban beaches: La Malagueta, La Caleta, and Pedregalejo. Along the promenade, you can enjoy fresh fish and a refreshing tinto de verano (red wine and lemonade).
