Modern, three-storey house in a quiet, traditional neighbourhood just four minutes' walk from both Tengachaya Station (Nankai Line and Sakaisuji Line) and the historical Kita Tengachaya Tram Station (Hankai Line). All of the key sites are accessible from here and we are a direct train ride from Kansai Airport. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other facilities are all within five minutes' walk. I’m sure you’ll have a great experience at my place and I’m looking forward to meeting you!

- - Please don’t drag your luggage/suitcase inside the room or in the house
- - Please be careful walking on the stairs as we have things hanging on the wall. Walk on stairs quietly and lightly.
- - Please turn the lights off after using electricity.
- - If the doorbell rings while you are at home, please don't answer it. There are many salespeople and religious missionaries who visit this area.
- - The bathroom is shared. Please pay attention to shower length and remember that there may be others waiting to use the facilities, especially in the morning between 8AM – 10AM.
- - Please note check in time after 3pm and check out at 11AM.
- - Any damage or lost items may incur fees.
