• BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Prices are per room, per night, and include 21% VAT.
• We reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees in the event of:
• Notice more than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
• Notice between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
• Notice less than 5 days prior to arrival: in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
• An extra bed costs €20 per night in rooms with a kitchenette.
• A cot costs €20 per night.
• Only for reservations made 10 days or more prior to arrival can a stay of less than 5 nights be booked in rooms with a kitchen, and less than 3 nights in rooms without a kitchen.
• On arrival day, guests will have access to their rooms between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.For arrivals outside of these hours, please contact us in advance. On departure day, guests must vacate their rooms no later than 11:00 AM.
• In the event of damage to the property, we reserve the right to charge the estimated cost of the damage to the bank card provided.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Maximum stay: 30 nights.
