Single Mum of two kiddos aged 16 boy and 6 girl. We've been hosting for some time through agencies. I have my blue card (Working With Children) and National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS) Yellow card. Further, I have my 2024 updated First Aid/CPR certificate. We are a busy family with school, ballet, swimming lessons etc. Available for VIP hosting in a stunning home including a 16 metre pool, indoor commercial treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mats etc. Available to supply full board (Australian style healthy options only) and transport to and from school/uni etc via request/negotiation. Our home is immaculate with all modern amenities - heating/cooling, steam oven, air fryer, BBQ, numerous large screen TVs etc.

House rulesNo food/drinks in bedroom other than bottled water. No smoking, drugs on site. No loud music/tv etc. Please use headphones or have volume low so as not to disturb others in the home. Guests are not to use upstairs private area reserved for homestay hosts only. Laundry to be used on allocated day only. Guests are to maintain a clean and tidy bedroom and maintain bathroom amenities to a high standard. Guests are to clean up after themselves after meals and assist homestay host with dishes if host is providing you with full board.
