Pheasant Hill Farm

Pheasant Hill Farm is a beautiful 55 acre horse farm in South Central Pennsylvania with rolling hills, woods, hiking trails on the property and, also, nearby, 2 ponds and 2 creeks. There are 2 completely private houses for rent: A fully restored 1867 farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, library, large sitting room with attached sunroom and tavern room with refrigerator. A 2 floor cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen with attached dining area. My wife and I live in a separate residence on the property. Other buildings on the property include an 1872 barn, 2 horse stables and a small kennel, although the dogs live in our house and the cats live in the big barn. There are multiple horse pastures. Someone is on the premises most of the time.
