Welcome to north Kihei home.Our home is located in a quiet relaxed neighborhood that offers the perfect balance between studying and enjoying maui. We are just minutes away from the beach, bus stop and local eateries. Most importantly for students, we are located under 2 blocks/5minute walk from the bus stop, Route 10, "maui islander" stop, which offers hourly easy direct transit to the University Maui College Campus in Kahului. By car it is a it quick 15 minutes. We love sharing our island lifestyle with international and out of state students, but we highly respect personal space and academic focus. This is an independent self catering rental tailored specifically for independent adult students. You will have - your own private kitchen and cooking with refrigeration and simple cooking appliances, so you can easily prepare your own meals, manage your own grocery budget and cook on your own schedule. - fully furnished bedroom features uncomfortable queen size bed, closet storage and dedicated study desk and high speed Wi-Fi -shared bathroom upstairs for toilet and shower needs -Utilities included flat monthly rate covers all electricity, water, trash and internet Our ideal houseguest is a mature independent FEMALE, clean student or language institute attendee whose is focused on academics. This is a room only, self catering arrangement, little engagement with host. No meals will be provided by the host. quiet hours are 10pm-7am to ensure a peaceful environment for studying and sleeping. Available between January to end of June for up to 6 month lease with flexible break clause. Policy: strictly a non smoking and non vaping property! NO overnight guests, no entertaining
