• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any type is not allowed inside the property. Fee for violation: The cleaning fee for smoke removal can range from $100 to $500 or more.
• Pet Policy:
• No Pets Allowed: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on our property, with the exception of licensed service animals that are protected by law.
• Violation of Pet Policy:
• If a pet is found to have stayed in the apartment, a fee of $100 per night will be added to your stay to cover the additional cleaning required. Please note that you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet to furniture, linens, or other property. We will assess any damages after your checkout.
• Maximum Occupancy: Overnight guests are limited to the number that has been approved on the reservation. Any unapproved overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person per night. The maximum number of people allowed in the unit at any given time is four, and this limit may only be exceeded with the owner's approval.
• Quiet Hours: Guests must adhere to quiet hours to avoid disturbing neighbors. Fee for violation: Noise complaint fee or potential eviction.
• Check-in/Check-out Times: Guests must check in and check out at specified times. Fee for late check-out: Extra night's stay or a late check-out fee.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and large gatherings (5 or more people) are not allowed. Fee for violation: Penalty fee of $500 and eviction.
• No Shoes Inside: Guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes upon entering to help maintain the cleanliness of the property.
• Guests Must Follow Local Laws: Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations, such as noise ordinances or parking restrictions.
• Guests Must Respect Neighbors: Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and their property.
