Pine & Harbor Homestay is a quiet, clean, owner‑occupied home beside Myles Standish State Forest in Plymouth, located at the historical Plymouth/Wareham boundary line in the Gateway to Cape Cod. Guests stay in private, secure, lockable bedrooms with shared (2) bathrooms, kept clean and maintained daily for guest comfort. Our home is fully registered with the Town of Wareham and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is inspected annually by the Board of Health for safety and cleanliness. Our tree‑lined road connects directly to peaceful walking and biking trails, with gentle wildlife and the natural quiet of the forest all around. The home is warm, well‑run, and welcoming, with clear communication and a strong focus on comfort, cleanliness, and guest safety. Guests have access to essential home facilities including a garden, patio, parking, reliable internet, full kitchen access, seasonal air conditioning in guest bedrooms, and smoke alarms. Weekly and monthly discounts are available for long‑stay guests. Payment is made directly to your hosts. A 50% advance payment is required after booking, with the remaining balance due at check‑in. Same‑day bookings require full payment in advance. Two small, friendly rescue pups live in the home. They do not enter guest rooms and are accustomed to a quiet, respectful environment.
