Private room with shared bathroom, in apartment surrounded by trees and only 15 minutes walk from downtown Medellin. Located in a cultural sector, with restaurants, libraries and gyms nearby. 10 min. walk from the metro station and 5 min from public bicycles. Close to tourist sites such as Estadio-Laureles, Botero Square, Botanical Garden, Planetarium and Comuna 13. We are 2 people (Adriana & Fer), occasionally there will be 1-2 more guests. LGBTIQ+ friendly. You can use the kitchen, washing machine and other common areas, floor 3 without elevator. Exchange students are welcome. National University 8 min. and University of Antioquia 20 min. walk. Other universities nearby. Free coffee in the mornings. Just sit on the balcony of the apartment or look out of the window of your room and see the spectacle of natural diversity. If you are an exchange student coming to Universidad Nacional or Universidad de Antioquia, this will be a perfect place for you, as they are only an 8-minute and a 20-minute walk away, respectively.
