A 1857 Victorian right on the water with dock and all. The kitchen is large with all the pots, pans, and machines to create dishes. The main sitting area is large. The living room is now a sewing room for canvas work but if you need to fix or hem there is a singer in there too. The bedroom has all the appointments and a very large closet. The pink bathroom with a nice shower has storage. The house is very near walking trails in Conn College's arboretum. If you have a paddleboard or a kayak, the cove right off the house is good paddling. Or if you of the gardening sort the entire front yard is a flower bed. The back patio where the filled in pool is there are several spots for a chair. Or sit out on the dock and watch the birds. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. There are all sort of things to do near State parks, Casinos, or a ferry to Block Island.

House rulesThe harps are not to be touched or played. Absolutely no popcorn popped in the house. No candles or incense lit or burned in the house. My bedroom is not an open space. Do not park in front of the garage door nearest to the house. If use the professional knives, they must be hand washed. You are responcible for keeping your bedroom and the pink bathroom tidy there are supplies for your use. Simple rule if you use something clean it. We are all responsible for our "messes".
