My name is Carlos, and I am the host of the house where the rooms with private bathrooms are located. I speak Spanish, Catalan, and English. I also have a basic understanding of Italian. The house is located within the town center of a very small village in Mallorca, 15 minutes from the capital, Palma de Mallorca, 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from the mountains. The village is very quiet and peaceful, and the street where the house is located is especially quiet. It's an ideal place to freshen up and relax after a day of work or sightseeing on the island. The house offers two bedrooms: one double with a double bed and one single with two single beds. There is a private bathroom for guests with a shower and toilet. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, and families of up to four people.The house rules are very simple: a quiet period from midnight to 8:00 a.m. (including showering) and no smoking allowed anywhere in the house.
