- Ensure you clean and respect the space during your stay and prior to leaving.
- FEMALE ONLY bookings, no couples in either room.
- Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself, it would be best not to cook extensively after 11pm if possible
- No pets are allowed inside or in the garden areas, other than my own pets which will be discussed at point of booking.
- Please do not bring strangers into my home. If you would like to invite a friend over for dinner, please discuss before hand on times and whom so I can accommodate where possible.
- Please respect my home and do not invade my privacy. Do not enter my bedroom or go through cupboards out-with the kitchen if you need access to cookware.
- You may access seating, BBQ equipment or fire pit from the garden hut if you would like to enjoy the garden. This may have been put away for seasonal reasons.
- Please keep quiet after 10 pm, I am a light sleeper.
- I’m an early bird and may be pottering around for hours before you make breakfast. If you would like access to the kitchen at a specific time, please let me know and I’ll keep it free where possible.
