Public transport is a breeze, with both the subway and bus stations just a minute's walk away. The apartment features three bedrooms and one bathroom and is equipped with central air conditioning to ensure your comfort year-round. My family resides in two of the rooms, while the largest bedroom — a bright, street-facing space — is currently available for guests.
